Focus: This workgroup is dedicated to building a stronger governance and a strong viable Network
The governance workgroup "Transformation Team" is dedicated to building a strong governance and infrastructure within TimeBanks. We will explore effective practices and work together to build a strong TimeBanks Network committed to nurturing and expanding a movement that promotes equality and builds caring community economies through inclusive exchange of time and talent.
We will explore our direction by reading the book, The Starfish and the Spider: The Unstoppable Power of Leaderless Organizations, by Authors Ori Brafman and Rod A. Beckstrom
A goal will be to have a strong strategic plan and approach for moving foward.
