Administrator Procedures

The following procedures and instructions were developed by Our Time Bank for use with Community Weaver 2.  They are shared here with the TimeBanking community with the hope they may prove useful to other TB’s.  You will need to have either Assistant Site Administrator or Site Administrator privileges in order to make the changes described in these documents. 

 

Customize Welcome Page

Contains:

  • Replace Icons

  • Modify Titles

  • Add New Panes

  • Wrap New Panes with Graphics, Colors

  • Change Default Message Displays

  • Make Calendar and Events Visible to Public

  • Control Who Can Create/Edit/Delete Events

 

Modify Coordinator Reports, Screens

Contains:

  • Add Fields to Reports

  • Change Sort Orders

  • Modify CSV Reports

  • Modify RSS Feeds

  • Resort View Members by First Name

  • Expose Phone, Email, Fax on View All Members Screen

  • Add Searches by Member First Name and Last Name
